How does a nuclear power plant work?

Picture
This picture is a description of a nuclear power plant. The main power from a power plant is created by a steam generator not the nuclear fission. Nuclear fission creates the heat in order to make the water into steam.
An over simplified version of this diagram is water is drawn in from a large source heated up by nuclear power into steam which turns a steam generator producing elctricity. Then the water is dumped back into the water source and the process is repeated.
